Had to change rooms three times to get one that didn't smell like smoke or mold. Hotel has gone down hill fast.

Specifically requested a non-smoking room for health reasons, but front desk clerk tried to give it anyway. Requested a room with two queen beds, they were out. Then she wanted my husband, daughter and I to share a king size bed (really?). Finally ended up with two separate rooms with one queen size bed in each. It took the clerk about 30 minutes to figure that out while at the same time talking to her daughter about the car problems her daughter was having. Then when we got to our room, the room key didn't work so we had to go get another one.

We were impressed with the cleanliness of the hotel, particularly the bed and most of the bathroom. The hotel facilities were well-maintained and offered everything we needed during our stay. Additionally, the helpful staff made our experience even more pleasant.

It was clean, well decorated, nice pool, jacuzzi, miniature golf inside premises, nice breakfast, liked the bathroom setup and within our budget.
The only minor thing I can say was that there was no hair dryer in our room but I am sure if we had asked for one, it would have been provided. Everything was very good and we were very happy with our stay.

Very pleased that the hotel was Wifi available. At least one of the ice machines worked. This was especially important because of the hot weather! If very hungry - a few steps away is available McDonalds.
Continental breakfast was poor. It seems that the hotel has ever been very good, but the years have passed ... and in need of repair. At the same time - everything worked and functioned. The hotel is located in very remote corner of the city - near the airport!

The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was generally clean. The hotel is conveniently located near key attractions and amenities, making it easy to access nearby restaurants and shops. Another advantage was the reasonable price of the room, making it a cost-effective option for budget-conscious travelers.
The staff could have been more helpful and attentive, as their lack of assistance caused confusion and delayed my check-in process. The cleanliness of the hotel left much to be desired, with dirty mirrors, bath tub, and hallways filled with debris and unpleasant smells.

Nothing I can think of because the experience was so bad that any good is over shadowed by the bad.
The air conditioning in my room didn't work. The temperature in my room was 80+ degrees. I called the front desk and they said the only thing they could do was give me 10% off. That equaled about $6.23 not even close. I asked for another room they said they could not give me another room. I asked for a fan, they don't offer fans. I asked for a maintenance she said hes done for the day and couldn't come back. Then in the morning I went to take a shower and there weren't any shower towels. I called the front desk, the same woman told me I had to come there if I wanted a towel. REALLY!!!! Don't book this hotel they have the worst service I have ever experienced. I am road warrior. I am on the road staying at hotels all the time across the country and have never been this let down.

The bed was clean and comfortable. The bathroom was clean. Both of these items are important to me.
There was an electrical plug cover falling off next to the bed. The carpeting was filthy. The whole hotel needed a lot of tlc - you can tell it was once beautiful. Breakfast was waffles, sweet rolls or cold cereal - no protein! We went out to eat.

Nothing....it's was awful! We will never go back. The hotel is falling apart. The experience was terrible for our family reunion. If the hotel facilities are not open that information should have been made available to me. I would suggest to anyone looking for a hotel online to not go to the Ramanda Moline.
